Fee & Scheduling

For weddings within the Greater Cincinnati area including Northern Kentucky, my service fee is $225.
For all bridal couples, this includes:

  • My attendance at your wedding rehearsal
  • My attendance at your wedding ceremony
  • 20-30 minutes of Prelude music
  • Providing all ceremonial music including:

……….Music for entry of bridal party
……….Music for entry of Bride (Processional)
……….Music for other parts of ceremony including Unity Candle Ceremony, special guest musicians etc.
……….Music for exit of Bride and Groom (Recessional)

  • 10 minutes of Postlude music (if required)

PLUS
All bridal couples receive:
:: a professional consultation with Alex to personalize their wedding music program

NO booking fee is required.  Payment is due at the wedding rehearsal. Advanced notice is certainly appreciated!

If you should require my wedding music services outside of the Greater Cincinnati area, please contact me to discuss the details and availability. An additional travel and accommodation fee will be assessed. Pending my availability, I would be more than glad to be your wedding pianist!

Scheduling
As a rule of thumb, you may contact your wedding musicians to book their services 6-9 months ahead of your wedding day. If you need a wedding pianist immediately, you’re more than welcome to contact me! If my schedule allows, I’ll be more than glad to serve you.

Do you need more musicians?

Please contact me if you have need for more musicians to perform at your wedding ceremony. Additional fees apply.
